Making Bread

Like many people, we started making sourdough during COVID. My mom was usually the one making bread. When my baby sister was born, I was looking for ways to help out. I took over the bread making duties.

I’ve really enjoyed the process of caring for our starters (we have six strains), making bread, and sharing our bread with others.
